SS Flues bends are all made of 0.9mm thick 304 stainless steel. They are available in three sizes 125mm, 150mm and 180mm. The bends are available in either 90 degree or 45 degree. They can be ordered with a double skin with insulation rock wool. Notice the fact that the 90 degree options are made up out of two 45 degree. This is called a slow bend and aids in the ability to be swept with standard chimney sweeping kits. The bends have all their seams Tig welded which makes them robust and long lasting.

These pipes are seam folded, both inner and outer pipes also have a swage and crimp on one side. There is a insulated rockwool core between the inner and outer pipe. The rockwool core provides adequate refractory properties. Under normal use of the insulated flue pipe it will prevent heat transfer from the inner pipe to the outer pipe. Therefore providing a safe and reliable exhaust for combustion byproducts through roof spaces, walls and floors.
